80299 vs. 80765

Good morning;
I am billing for definitive drug assays (quantitative) for this first time and have a drug that is not listed. Do I need to use an "drug or substance definitive, qualitative or quantitative, not other wise specified" (80375) or a "quantitation of therapeutic drug not otherwise found (80299)? Thank you!
