I was hoping someone can help me with billing for L3020 and L3000. We bill out L3020 @ $155 for the right and left totaling $310.00. I am being questioned by a provider stating we are billing too low. Is there anyone out there that can tell me what their standard fee is and what you get reimbursed. Thank you For your help.
