Postpancreatectomy DM

What is the correct way of coding secondary DM due to pancreatectomy? According to the Guidelines it should be: E89.1 then E13-, but I cannot find the right code from E13 category in Tabular List. There is E13, other specified DM which includes postpancreatectomy DM but it requires 4th character and Tabular list does not provide any:(
